Consulting is paid and scoped per engagement. Fees, deliverables, and timelines appear only in a written proposal or statement of work you accept. Browsing this site does not create a client relationship.

Unless a signed document states otherwise, we grant you a license to use deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement for your internal business purposes.

Intellectual property

We retain rights to our pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. Custom automation code delivered under a statement of work is licensed as stated in that document.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from website use or a consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or willful misconduct).
