Refund and cancellation policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for paid test automation consulting engagements with Core Prism Consulting.
This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements entered with Core Prism Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Core Prism Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID 0105169484670, info@core-prism.digital, +66-76-000-1208.
Scope
Fees are agreed in a statement of work before work begins. This page describes default terms when the statement of work does not specify otherwise. Proposed terms — pending business confirmation where your signed contract differs.
Deposits and invoicing
A deposit up to thirty percent of the quoted fee may be requested to reserve calendar time. Remaining fees are invoiced per milestone or monthly as stated in your proposal.
Cancellation by client
- More than fourteen calendar days before a scheduled start date: deposit refunded minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Within fourteen days of start: deposit is non-refundable; any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refunded at our reasonable discretion.
- After work has started: fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused prepaid blocks are assessed case by case based on effort already expended.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, prepaid amounts for undelivered work are refunded. We will propose alternative dates where possible.
Rescheduling
Discovery calls and workshops may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice without penalty. Repeated late reschedules may forfeit a reserved slot.
No-shows
Missed meetings without notice may count as billable time if preparation was performed.
Deliverable disputes
If deliverables do not match an agreed milestone description, notify us within ten business days of delivery. We will remedy or credit reasonable portions after review.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where feasible, within fourteen business days of approval.
How to request a refund
Email info@core-prism.digital with your company name, statement of work reference, and reason for the request.
