What we collect

When you use our inquiry form we collect the fields you submit: name, email, optional phone, and message content. When you call or email us directly, we process the contact details and substance of your communication.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, scope a consulting engagement, and maintain business correspondence. Processing is based on your request to take steps prior to a contract (PDPA lawful basis for contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services business, balanced against your rights.

Cookie preference storage (see our Cookies page) is processed to remember your choice; it is not used for profiling.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete earlier when no legal obligation prevents it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use our same-domain form handler (POST /api/inquiry) hosted with this website to receive submissions. Infrastructure providers that host the site may process data solely to provide hosting; we do not authorize them to use inquiry content for their own marketing.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed in Thailand where our office is located. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.

Your rights
