Paid consulting engagements begin with a structured intake, not an off-the-shelf package. The steps below describe how we move from your first message to a signed statement of work focused on automated testing outcomes.
You submit an inquiry with your product domain, repositories, languages, CI provider, and current pain (flaky suites, slow feedback, missing API coverage, release risk). We schedule a short discovery call if the fit looks plausible.
We review existing tests, pipeline configuration, and defect history at a high level. Access is limited to what you choose to share — read-only repository access, sample CI logs, or architecture notes are typical.
We deliver a written proposal with objectives, deliverables (for example stabilized smoke suite, contract tests for critical services, pipeline gates), assumptions, timeline, and fees in THB. Nothing on this website constitutes a quote until you accept a proposal.
Work proceeds in agreed milestones with demos of running automation in your environment. We emphasize maintainability: naming conventions, folder layout, and contributor guides so your team can own the suite after the engagement.
Engagements end with a concise handover note, open risks, and optional follow-up advisory blocks if you want continued tuning. Ongoing support is only provided when explicitly scoped.
